The Dovetail Toaster

The Dovetail Toaster is a new clamping system for Katie Jig "KJ1" series (not for the Katie Jig Jr. "KJ2" series) that when used on a router table makes loading and unloading your material as easy as TOAST!
- Set the Katie Jigs pin spacing then set the edge stops.
- Drop in your box material.
- Squeeze the quick clamps.
"The quick clamps stay attached to the Katie Jig with our own custom clamp pads mounted on the Katie Jig; the quick clamps head just drops in the toasters pads." - Cut the joint.
- Push the release lever on the clamps.
- Remove, and reload material for the next joint.
It's FAST!
The Dovetail Toaster is the only clamping system in the world for a dovetail jig that you do not have to hold the material with one hand and operate the clamp with the other hand. Gravity is on your side.
Once your done with your dovetails, simply lift out your quick clamps, snap the original pad back on and use your clamp on another project.
